Spokane WA to Sandpoint Idaho relay race I decided to spend a couple extra days on the east side of the Cascade Mountains in Central and Eastern Washington. As I made my way west back to Bellingham I was treated to this wonderful late summer sunrise and rainbow along the Vantage Highway.
